Located on the 1st floor. 2 bedrooms, (each has a queen bed), queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. 2 full bathrooms. Complete kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, range top oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, telephone.

Located on the 2nd floor. 2 bedrooms, (one has a queen bed. One has 2 doubles that can be combined into 1 queen), queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. 2 full bathrooms and complete kitchen (same appliances as condo Amapola).

Located on the 3rd floor. 1 bedroom (king), queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. 1 full bathroom. Complete kitchen.

Common Areas to all Guests

The Pool and patio in the front of the building (ocean views) and "The Congo Lounge" (Rooftop Terrace) which is a spacious patio with furniture, gas grill, wet bar and breathtaking views of Samara Bay, Isla Chora, and of course, the Congos. The Laundry room, free of charge, is also included in the common area.
