One of the great things about Casa Verano is the homes proximity to the beach and EVERYTHING in the great little town of Samara!

Casa Verano is WALKING DISTANCE to the beach, restaurants, shops, grocery, bakery, bus stop, internet cafe, real estate offices, scooter rentals, etc., YOU DON'T NEED TO RENT A CAR! And the house is still off the beaten path with a vacant jungle NEXT DOOR!!!

Imagine waking up in the morning to the sound of howler monkeys and then walking to a German bakery for a hot cup of coffee and freshly made pastries, and then continuing on for a morning stroll on the beach!

There are at least 10 great places to eat within 1/4 mile from the house!! Why go to Costa Rica and then have to drive everywhere? But if you have to you can rent scooters / motorcycles and cars only a short walk from the home.

Casa Verano is also a GREAT house with a private swimming pool, vaulted teak wood ceilings in every room, air-conditioning in all bedrooms, covered front porch, outdoor bathroom by the pool, electronic front gate, utility sink, vaulted wood ceilings, all ceramic tile, full kitchen, washing machine, clothes line, cable TV, ceiling fans in every room, alarm system, side-by-side refrigerator w/ice cube maker, water pressure system and water storage tank to guarantee water supply, hot water heater and much more...
