Who We Are

Coldwell Banker Samara is owned by Steve and Angelina Phillips. Steve and Angelina moved from the lovely Napa Valley in California to live and work in Samara and raise their young son. We, along with our team of experienced real estate brokers and office staff, are dedicated to helping our clients realize their dreams of living or vacationing in Costa Rica. We specialize in the Samara and Carrillo areas where spectacular properties with breathtaking ocean, valley, and jungle views abound.
