Finca Tarantela - 45 hectares (more than 110 acres) in the back yard of Samara beach has been eco-friendly managed by the owner since 1989.

Thanks to that, the buyers of a few properties, with will be sold now, can enjoy the abundant nature, an great number of different fruit, a large variety of birds, ocelots and other animals in danger of extinction as well as howler monkeys, roaring their “who-is-who?” and “who is where?” in the mornings and dawn! If you like, you can even catch sweet water-shrimps.

By becoming part of Tarantela, you will no longer need to visit National Parks or zoos to enjoy Costa Rica's rich flora and fauna.

The main entrance of the farm is just three kilometers from Samara Beach. You can enjoy the privacy and beauty of the forest and still be within three minutes in Samara.
