El Samareño is located in very centric part of Samara and it is a
typical Costa Rican "Soda", our way to define small
restaurant/cafeteria. We are open from 7 am to 4 m. and serve breakfast,
lunch and snacks and coffee.
At
El Samareño we offer a variety of Costa Rican typical dishes; start your
day with the most popular local breakfast, the Gallo Pinto, a delicious,
healthy dish made of rice, black beans, a blend of vegetables and herbs
held together with Lizano sauce. This tasty dish can be served at any of
the three meals, but most likely you will find it at breakfast with two
fried eggs, fresh fruit, and of course, rich, Costa Rican coffee.
We also serve typical "casados", salads, sandwiches and hamburgers.
We are located close to Licorera Las Olas, on the road to Carrillo, just
15 meters past the main street.
